Where can I get Specifications for the various barcodes.

There are organizations that control the specifications for most of the barcodes that are in common use today. Some widely used codes are covered by different specifications depending on how they are used. The Barcode 1 site contains a brief specification for commonly used codes. Here is a list of the official specifications that we are aware of, followed by the addresses of the organizations:
