Product Return Policy
This does not apply to products designed by Custom Sensors, Inc. to customer specifications, or to software products, where the package has been opened.
A. Products Returned for Credit.
The customer must notify Custom Sensors, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the
date of Invoice of the desire to return a product. The customer must receive
authorization from Custom Sensors, Inc. to return the product (phone 315-252-3741
or email sales@csensors.com). All products must be returned in resalable condition.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories, including
manuals, power supplies, software disks, etc. After receipt and satisfactory
evaluation of the returned product, a credit will be issued. The credit will
be the original purchase price. If the product is not returned in resalable
condition, a restocking fee will be charged, and only partial credit given for
the returned merchandise. The amount of the restocking charge is determined by
Custom Sensors, Inc.
B. Products Returned for Replacement.
The customer must notify Custom Sensors, Inc. within thirty (30) days of the
date of Invoice of the desire to return a product. The customer must receive
authorization from Custom Sensors, Inc. to return the product (call 315-252-3741
or email sales@csensors.com). All products must be returned in resalable condition.
Products must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories,
including manuals, power supplies, software disks, etc. If the product is determined
to be defective, the product will be repaired or replaced. In situations where
it is obvious that the customer has received a defective product, Custom Sensors,
Inc. may choose to ship a replacement product to the customer, before receiving
the defective product.
